PARK-A-BYTE INC.

    This Command (PrepList) needs two Parameters:

        1. The name of the List (You name it).

        2. Each Directory Path in the List separated by 
           '!' character.No spaces WITHIN this List parameter.

    For example, the command should look like:         
      'Preplist Mylist H:\temp!J:\drdos!C:\dos622', 

       where 'mylist' is the name of the list and the actual 
       directory paths, shown in the second parameeter, are
       separated by a '!' to form the list.

       Also NOTE that there is NO "!" at the end.
